I hate her

I'm feeling a bit uneasy when I left the office tonight. It's the familiar pang of pain I feel when I'm jealous. I hate her and the way my boyfriend smiles at her.

When everything feels too much ...

STOP.

Feel the air.

And breathe.

There's life outside your usual boring daily life.

Go out and play.
